Dr. Tom Gibbs is the President of Covenant Theological Seminary. He became the sixth President in 2021 after serving as a pastor for 24 years. Dr. Gibbs served as the Senior Pastor of Redeemer Presbyterian Church in San Antonio, Texas, the church he planted and pastored for 19 years. Before planting Redeemer, he also planted a Reformed University Fellowship (RUF) campus ministry at Baylor University and had served as a youth director in Birmingham, Alabama.

Rev. Randy Pope is the founding pastor of Perimeter Church in Johns Creek, Georgia and the President of Life on Life Ministries. He is a graduate of the University of Alabama and Reformed Theological Seminary. He and his family moved to Atlanta in 1977 to plant Perimeter Church.
In its earlier years, Perimeter was a pioneer in small group ministry and was one of ten churches to be highlighted in the book, "10 of the Most Innovative Churches in America." It pioneered what was perhaps the first multi-campus church in America and then moved to a church planting model in the mid 1980s.

Dr. Dan Doriani is Professor of Biblical and Systematic Theology at Covenant Seminary. He was Academic Dean or Vice President at Covenant for 15 years while teaching nearly a full load. He pastored a very small church for five years after graduating and left academia in 2003 to pastor a very large church for 11 years. He is currently the Interim Pastor of Briarwood Presbyterian Church in Birmingham, Alabama.
