Response to Letter to Churches
Covenant Seminary recently received a copy of a letter dated Tuesday, May 30th, which was also posted to social media June 1st, that addresses the tragic murder of Elizabeth Mackintosh on the Seminary campus in March 1990. We believe the letter misinterprets the facts and misrepresents the Seminary’s response.
Covenant Seminary Names Megan Jung as Associate Dean of Women
Covenant Seminary is pleased to announce the appointment of Megan Jung as Associate Dean of Women in the school’s Student Life office. In this position, Megan will focus on working with and nurturing female students and student wives, both on campus and online.
Seminary Announces Newly Renamed “Division of Theological Studies”
Covenant Seminary is pleased to announce the renaming this spring of its Missional Theology Division to the Division of Theological Studies and the appointment of Dr. Robbie Griggs, Associate Professor of Systematic Theology, as chair of the Systematic Theology Department within that division.
Covenant Seminary’s Counseling Degree Receives CACREP Accreditation
Covenant Seminary is pleased to announce that our 75-credit hour Master of Arts in Counseling (MAC) degree has been given full accreditation by CACREP—the Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs—and the accreditation is for the maximum term of 8 years.
